How much should AWS Engineers earn?

The average salary range of Mid-Senior level AWS Engineer positions in the UK is £46,391–78,389. These insights break down the details of the salary expectations of AWS Infrastructure Engineers by years of experience and seniority, as well as the salaries listed on AWS Engineer positions at different seniority levels.

Up to 8 years’ experience, AWS Engineer salaries increase at an average of £5,962 per year from £35,769 to £83,462. Above 8 years’ experience they begin to level out, and don’t tend to significantly exceed £85,000 on average. However, at 13 and 14 years’ experience salaries of around or above £95,000 are not uncommon.
